Received mine the other day and I’m very disappointed because, it has no patting on the hands ( no battery whatsoever) I wanna return and get my money back! The only reason I got it it’s because of the patting g function
The product came without the battery system that enables the patting movement. It is basically a regular stuffed plushie and I want to return it.

These are just pillows and do not come as advertised with a patting mechanism. That is the whole reason I bought two of these, which was not cheap.
NONE of the electronic accessories were inside the package to make the patting hand work - which is the main feature of the plushie. Paid too much $ for false advertisement. Beware.
The colors are exactly as pictured and the material is very soft. I definitely recommend it, great value for money!
