4. Refund and Return Policy

4.1 90-Day Return Window

We offer a 90-day return policy. You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

4.2 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at plooshiepillow@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at plooshiepillow@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery. Returns are only eligible when a product is received in a damaged or broken condition.

4.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made products.

4.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please reach out to us at plooshiepillow@gmail.com.

4.6 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if your item arrived damaged or broken, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In this case, please contact us and include photos of the damaged item so we can arrange a return or replacement promptly.
